Farmers needed to educate customers on property safety, but traditional instructional content risked being ignored. The challenge was making practical information engaging without dumbing it down.
Solution
We created Smart Hub, a content destination built around short, weird, and funny videos that delivered safety tips fast. Inspired by pop-driven pacing, each video respected attention spans while using humor to make the information stick.
Results
Smart Hub successfully reframed education as entertainment, driving strong engagement with safety content and reinforcing Farmers’ role as a helpful, human brand rather than a preachy insurer.
